RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, order cancellations, and refunds are handled by FLOECREST.

FLOECREST is operated by Yanxi Sunny Technology Limited, a Colorado limited liability company.

B. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 calendar days after the date the order is delivered.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day return window may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

This 30-day return policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.


C. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

For a customer-preference return, the product must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Free from punctures, cuts, leaks, alterations, or signs of misuse

  • In substantially the same condition in which it was delivered

  • Returned with the original packaging

  • Returned with the mesh storage bag and any other items included with the order

We may refuse or reduce a refund where an item does not meet these conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Different rules may apply where a customer exercises mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or product-conformity rights.


D. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before returning an item, contact us at support@floecrest.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • The item and quantity you want to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect

Return requests are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days during our customer service hours.

If the item is eligible for return, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • The correct return address

  • Any additional information needed to complete the return

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us.


E. RETURN ADDRESS

Our authorized return facility may be different from our business address.

After your request is reviewed, we will provide the correct return address by email.

Please do not return an item to our business address or any other address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Returns sent to an unauthorized or incorrect address may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.


F. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customer-Preference Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when the return is caused by:

  • A change of mind

  • Customer preference

  • An incorrect option selected by the customer

  • An incorrect quantity selected by the customer

  • Another reason not caused by FLOECREST

Damaged, Defective, Leaking, or Incorrect Items

If the return is caused by our error, or the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, we will provide one of the following when a return is required:

  • A prepaid return label

  • Reimbursement of a reasonable return shipping cost

  • Another appropriate return arrangement

Please follow the return instructions we provide.

We may not reimburse express, premium, or unauthorized return shipping services.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery or postage-due returns.


G. RETURN TRACKING

For customer-arranged returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt until the return and refund are completed.

After shipping the return, please provide:

  • The return tracking number

  • The name of the shipping carrier

For customer-arranged returns, the customer remains responsible for the return package until it is delivered to the authorized return address.

If we provide a prepaid return label, please use that label and follow the accompanying instructions.


H. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible consumer returns.


I. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, LEAKING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item is damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at support@floecrest.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging where relevant

After reviewing the issue, we may provide:

  • A replacement

  • A full or partial refund

  • A prepaid return label

  • Reimbursement of a reasonable return shipping cost

  • Another appropriate resolution

If the issue is confirmed and a return is required, FLOECREST will be responsible for the reasonable return shipping cost.


J. ITEMS THAT MAY NOT QUALIFY FOR A CUSTOMER-PREFERENCE RETURN

The following items may not qualify for return under our 30-day customer-preference return policy:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  • Items used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them

  • Items that have been punctured, cut, altered, misused, or damaged by the customer

  • Items leaking because of customer handling, storage, or misuse

  • Items returned without the mesh storage bag or other included items

  • Items returned in an incomplete condition

  • Items not returned in substantially the same condition in which they were delivered

This section does not limit rights relating to products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise protected by mandatory consumer law.


K. RETURN REVIEW AND INSPECTION

Return, refund, exchange, and cancellation requests are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days after we receive the request.

After a returned item is delivered to the authorized return facility, it is usually inspected within 3–5 business days.

We may contact you if additional information is required.

After the review or inspection, we will notify you whether:

  • The return is accepted

  • A full or partial refund applies

  • A replacement or exchange applies

  • Additional action is required


L. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

We normally issue an approved refund within 7 business days after completing the applicable return or refund review.

If no physical return is required, the refund review will begin after the reported issue has been confirmed.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days, or longer in some cases, to post the refund to your account.

Payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control.

If applicable law requires a different or shorter refund deadline, the legally required deadline will apply.


M. REFUND AMOUNT

Approved refunds are generally based on the amount actually paid for the eligible returned item after discounts, promotions, or other order adjustments.

For customer-preference returns, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where:

  • The return was caused by our error

  • The item was damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or not as described

  • Applicable law requires the original standard shipping charge to be refunded

Import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier fees paid directly to a government authority, carrier, or third party are not collected by FLOECREST and may not be refundable by us.

If a lawful deduction applies because an item is incomplete, damaged by the customer, handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, or returned with missing included items, we will explain the deduction.


N. EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, contact us at support@floecrest.com.

Depending on product availability and the circumstances, we may:

  • Send a replacement

  • Exchange the product after receiving the original item

  • Issue a refund and ask the customer to place a new order

For a customer-preference exchange, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping

  • Reshipping costs

  • Any price difference

If the exchange is required because of our error or a confirmed product issue, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.


O. ORDER CANCELLATION

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@floecrest.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order if fulfillment has not started.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

If the order has already entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our normal cancellation process.

After delivery, you may request a return under this policy and any applicable consumer rights.


P. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if fulfillment has not started, but an address change cannot be guaranteed.

If a package is delayed, misdelivered, lost, or returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reasonable:

  • Address-correction fees

  • Return shipping

  • Reshipping costs

  • Carrier-related charges

If a refund is approved, actual non-refundable shipping or carrier costs may be deducted where permitted by law.


Q. DELIVERED PACKAGES AND FAILURE TO COLLECT

Customers are responsible for monitoring available tracking information and collecting packages when pickup is required.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly. We may assist with a carrier investigation.

If the carrier confirms that the package was correctly delivered to the address provided by the customer, a replacement or refund may not be available for theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery, except where required by law.

If a package is returned because the customer:

  • Failed to collect it

  • Refused delivery without exercising a valid legal right

  • Provided an incorrect or incomplete address

We may offer reshipment after applicable shipping costs are paid.

If a refund is approved, actual non-refundable shipping and carrier costs may be deducted where permitted by law.


R. EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM CONSUMER RIGHTS

This section applies to eligible consumer purchases delivered to customers in the European Union or United Kingdom.

In addition to our 30-day return policy, eligible customers may have a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must send us a clear statement of the decision to cancel within the applicable 14-day period.

The request may be sent to support@floecrest.com and should include:

  • The order number

  • The customer’s name

  • The item being returned

After notifying us, the customer must return the goods within the period required by applicable law, generally no later than 14 days after giving notice.

Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund eligible payments received from the customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.

Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery may not be refundable.

Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Legal exceptions to the right of cancellation may apply in certain circumstances.

Nothing in this section limits separate statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming.
