Do not send full credit card numbers, passwords, security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
H. PAYMENT VERIFICATION AND FRAUD PREVENTION
Orders may be reviewed for payment verification, account security, and fraud prevention.
We may delay, refuse, or cancel an order if:

I. REFUNDS AND REFUND TIMING
Return, refund, exchange, and cancellation requests are usually reviewed within 1–2 business days after we receive the request.
If a physical return is required, the returned item is usually inspected within 3–5 business days after it is delivered to the authorized return facility.
If no physical return is required, the refund review will begin after the reported issue has been confirmed.
If a refund is approved:

We normally issue the refund within 7 business days after completing the applicable review
After the refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require an additional 3–5 business days, or longer in some cases, to post the funds to your account.
Payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control.
If applicable law requires a different refund deadline, the legally required deadline will apply.

J. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@floecrest.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order if fulfillment has not started.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be cancelled. Orders may enter processing or fulfillment before the request is reviewed.
If a cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If the order has already entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our normal cancellation process.
After delivery, you may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.
