Freeze the cubes completely before use, then place them around sealed bottles, cans, food containers, or packaged food inside your cooler or insulated lunch box. Spread the cubes around the packed items for more even cooling.

Yes. These cubes are made for repeated use. After use, rinse them, allow them to dry, and return them to the freezer.

Rinse and wash the cubes by hand before first use and after each use. Allow them to dry before returning them to the freezer. Do not ingest the contents, and do not use cubes that are cracked, punctured, damaged, or leaking.

Available color options, such as blue or clear, will be shown on the product page before checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days for the United States and 7–15 business days for other supported countries.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a flat shipping fee of $6.90 at checkout.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days after delivery. For customer-preference returns, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
